1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Ten Jobs. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the authority to accept these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information, including your name, email, and CV. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

3. Our Services

Ten Jobs provides personalized job recommendations based on your search input and/or submitted CV. We may update, enhance, or discontinue features of the service at any time.

4. Paid Services

We offer optional one-time paid services such as the Job Agent package, which enhances your job-matching experience.

• Payments are securely processed through Mollie.
• All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds unless required by law. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the service is delivered immediately and waive your right to the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.
• The Job Agent service is not a recurring subscription.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Refrain from submitting harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Platform.
• Not to use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Platform without our written consent.

6. CV Submission and AI Processing

By uploading your CV, you consent to the use of AI tools (e.g., Google Cloud AI and OpenAI) to process your CV for the sole purpose of providing job recommendations. You may withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your CV or contacting us.

• Only the content of your CV is shared with these providers.
• These third parties may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other safeguards to ensure GDPR compliance.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit, including your CV. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to deliver the services you request.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee job placement, availability, or uninterrupted access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ten Jobs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business opportunities.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—excluding user-submitted content—is the intellectual property of Ten Jobs or its licensors. This includes the logo, brand elements, design, code, and job matching algorithms. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our express permission.
