Ten Jobs provides personalized job recommendations based on your search input and/or submitted CV. We may update, enhance, or discontinue features of the service at any time.
We offer optional one-time paid services such as the Job Agent package, which enhances your job-matching experience.

By uploading your CV, you consent to the use of AI tools (e.g., Google Cloud AI and OpenAI) to process your CV for the sole purpose of providing job recommendations. You may withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your CV or contacting us.
You retain ownership of all content you submit, including your CV. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to deliver the services you request.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee job placement, availability, or uninterrupted access.
To the extent permitted by law, Ten Jobs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business opportunities.
Use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
All content on the Platform—excluding user-submitted content—is the intellectual property of Ten Jobs or its licensors. This includes the logo, brand elements, design, code, and job matching algorithms. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our express permission.
